The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.
At Contained Air Solutions, we recognise that the safe and efficient operation of your facility involves far more than simply selecting a microbiological safety cabinet or other contained air product.
Throughout your project, you can be absolutely confident that you are working with a company that understands the complex demands of the contained air solutions market.
We are with you from start to finish and beyond. Our professionalism is evident in how we handle your initial enquiry right through to our aftercare planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and service provision.
Following your initial enquiry, a technical sales manager from our nationwide network will visit your site. This gives them the opportunity to spend time getting to understand your particular contained air product requirements and objectives prior to putting together a detailed specification.
All our sales team are also engineers, so you won’t get any sales talk from us, just expert advice and guidance that you can trust.
After your initial enquiry and our first site visit, we will provide a comprehensive quotation for your contained air solution. The quotation carefully details the proposed product specification and is supported by technical drawings and product literature.
All quotations include supply and delivery to site, offloading and positioning within the laboratory, and then commissioning to the standard product requirements.
At CAS, we go above and beyond when it comes to listening to what our customers say. Every contained air solution we provide is carefully planned, designed, built and installed to suit each customer’s needs exactly. Our engineers are highly experienced and we also ensure they are up to date with the latest industry developments and legislation.
So whether you require standard or bespoke biocontainment designs, we will work closely with you to ensure that your laboratory, research facility or pharmaceutical facility meets your precise specifications.
We do everything necessary to make your experience with Contained Air Solutions as smooth and streamlined as possible. To enable this, on receipt of your order, we will forward you an acknowledgement introducing our project manager.
They will then be the single point of contact for all contract issues. This ensures quick and easy access to project information throughout the lifetime of each contract.
We take every step needed to ensure problem-free delivery. During the initial site survey, we will check and agree a suitable drop-off point, access routes to the laboratory, duct connections (where applicable), lifting facilities and any other information required.
Our commissioning engineers also have experience in overcoming any local obstacles that could prevent efficient installation and handover of the products.
We have a dedicated and experienced team of fully qualified commissioning engineers. After delivery, they will visit your site to set up and test all installed products prior to handover.
With CAS, you can be confident that this critical element of the installation process will be handled by specialist engineers, all with detailed product knowledge, to ensure a smooth and efficient handover.
We offer a comprehensive warranty and aftersales support for all installed contained air products. Our standard warranty period is three years, but we also offer extended warranties where required. The helpful CAS service team, made up of highly experienced technical personnel, is always on hand for telephone support.
We carry a wide range of stock at our large and modern Greater Manchester headquarters. This ensures that any required spare parts are available quickly, keeping your facility operating safely and compliantly and avoiding costly downtime.
We have a nationwide network of fully trained engineers offering service and validation of all CAS products, as well as equipment from a wide range of other manufacturers.
All our engineers are equipped with a comprehensive range of spare parts so many repairs can be carried out at the point of servicing. Products covered include microbiological safety cabinets, laminar flow cabinets and pharmaceutical isolators.
We also offer vaporised hydrogen peroxide (VHP) fumigation – VHP is a broad spectrum antimicrobial and is a versatile and highly effective decontamination agent ideal for use in cleanrooms and laboratories.
“It gives me great pleasure to announce we now have three fully operational Class IIs in the new 12G Lab Area! I would like to say a huge thank you to CAS for the continued support and brilliant response throughout.”
