CAS offers a comprehensive aftersales service, ensuring the safe running and regulatory compliance of your equipment. Highly trained and experienced service engineers from our nationwide network are on call to offer support services for all CAS safety cabinet products and associated clean air products from other manufacturers.
Our support, consultancy and maintenance services can be provided as a one-off service or as an ongoing service arrangement.
If you decide to take out one of our comprehensive and cost-effective one, three or five year contract options, we take the responsibility for planning service visits off your shoulders by scheduling them in right at the start of your contract.
This means that everything is in place to keep your containment equipment running safely for the duration of the agreement – just one more example of the way we always work to make things easier for you by offering outstanding customer service, built around your needs.
As standard, all our products are provided with a three-year warranty, which covers breakdown and spare parts. This is an extremely cost-effective way to maintain your valuable laboratory equipment.
