What We Do
At Contained Air Solutions we recognise that safe and efficient
operation of clean air products often involves far more than simply
selecting a standard product from a catalogue. For this
reason we offer a comprehensive service through all aspects of the
selection and installation process including:-
Initial Enquiry
Our nationwide network of experienced Technical Sales Managers are
available to visit your premises and get to know your particular
clean air product requirements and objectives in detail. We can
then provide a range of standard or bespoke bio containment designs
to tailor your particular product solution to the exact needs of
your laboratory application.
Quotation
We provide a comprehensive quotation carefully detailing the
proposed product specification supported by technical drawings and
product literature. All quotations include supply and delivery to
site, off loading and positioning within the laboratory and then
commissioning to the standard product requirements.
Project Management
On receipt of your order we will forward an acknowledgement
detailing the name of your nominated project manager who will then
act as a single point of contact for all Contract issues and
customer liaison. This ensures quick and easy access to project
information throughout the lifetime of each contract.
Site Survey
Prior to delivery we will visit your site to check and agree a
suitable drop-off point, access routes to the laboratory, duct
connections (where applicable) and lifting facilities and any other
information required to provide a smooth and efficient product
delivery and installation.
Installation and Commissioning
We have our own team of fully qualified commissioning engineers who
will visit your site to set up and test all installed products
prior to handover. This ensures that this critical element of the
installation process is handled by engineers with detailed product
knowledge and experience in overcoming any local obstacles which
could prevent efficient installation and handover of the
products.
User Training and Familiarisation
Where required our local Sales Manager will return to site
following installation to conduct user training and familiarisation
on all aspects of product design and operating features and
controls. This exercise can be repeated wherever necessary to
ensure all laboratory staff are fully conversant with our
microbiological safety cabinets and associated products, ensuring
safe and efficient working.
Warranty and After Sales Support
We offer a comprehensive warranty and after sales support for all
installed clean air products and carry £250,000 of stock at our
Manchester facility. This ensures that any required spare parts are
available quickly to maximise product availability during its
working lifetime.
Planned Maintenance and Service
Regular routine maintenance is essential to ensure safe and
efficient product operation. We have a nationwide network of fully
trained service engineers to offer service and support to all CAS
and MAT products plus a range of other manufacturers.
