At Contained Air Solutions we recognise that safe and efficient operation of clean air products often involves far more than simply selecting a standard product from a catalogue. For this reason we offer a comprehensive service through all aspects of the selection and installation process including:-
Our nationwide network of experienced Technical Sales Managers are available to visit your premises and get to know your particular clean air product requirements and objectives in detail. We can then provide a range of standard or bespoke bio containment designs to tailor your particular product solution to the exact needs of your laboratory application.
We provide a comprehensive quotation carefully detailing the proposed product specification supported by technical drawings and product literature. All quotations include supply and delivery to site, off loading and positioning within the laboratory and then commissioning to the standard product requirements.
On receipt of your order we will forward an acknowledgement detailing the name of your nominated project manager who will then act as a single point of contact for all Contract issues and customer liaison. This ensures quick and easy access to project information throughout the lifetime of each contract.
Prior to delivery we will visit your site to check and agree a suitable drop-off point, access routes to the laboratory, duct connections (where applicable) and lifting facilities and any other information required to provide a smooth and efficient product delivery and installation.
Whether you need a biohazard safety cabinet or a laminar flow booth, we at Contained Air Solutions Ltd (CAS) offer a full range of horizontal and vertical laminar flow solutions across the UK.
From microbiological safety cabinets to horizontal laminar flow hoods, we realised that choosing the right air product often requires a more focused approach than selecting a standard laminar flow bench from a catalogue. For this reason, we offer a bespoke ‘made to measure’ design service, tailored to your exact requirements. At all stages, we offer advice, training and technical support to ensure you are completely satisfied with your laminar flow booth or biohazard safety cabinet. We also have a nationwide network of service engineers who are fully trained to work on both our own products and those of other manufacturers.
Our vertical and horizontal laminar flow cabinets maintain a particle-free, sterile working environment by passing air through a HEPA filter to across the working area. The air flow comes from above, but with horizontal laminar air flow cabinets this is then directed horizontally. With a vertical laminar flow cabinet, the flow is directed downwards and expelled through the base. This offers protection to the operator; however, in both cases, the prime objective is to protect the contents, so the cabinet is unsuitable for hazardous materials.
We offer a comprehensive range of laminar flow hood solutions and can help you choose the best product for your needs. So, if you need a quotation on a bench, maintenance on a laminar flow hood or just general advice on our products, we are waiting for your call.
We have our own team of fully qualified commissioning engineers who will visit your site to set up and test all installed products prior to handover. This ensures that this critical element of the installation process is handled by engineers with detailed product knowledge and experience in overcoming any local obstacles which could prevent efficient installation and handover of the products.
We offer a comprehensive warranty and after sales support for all installed clean air products and carry £250,000 of stock at our Manchester facility. This ensures that any required spare parts are available quickly to maximise product availability during its working lifetime.
Regular routine maintenance is essential to ensure safe and efficient product operation. We have a nationwide network of fully trained service engineers to offer service and support to all CAS and MAT products plus a range of other manufacturers.
